The start of Team MBD goes way back to around 7 years ago when I first found a passion for weight lifting and nutrition to benefit my mental health. When I was younger I suffered really badly with anxiety and depression, when I started bodybuilding it felt like I found my very own natural antidepressant. The structure it added to my life with the diet and training regime, the endorphins everytime I finished my sessions always meant I left the gym with a big smile on my face. After seeing how much positivity this brought to my life taking me out of a really dark bad place I just wanted to share and help as many other people as I could.


When I say Team MBD is for the people this is why, it was founded on one key principle help as many people as possible. I believe exercise and training can quite literally save lives whether it be through improving physical health or mental health. If you’re struggling with any of the above starting to train could be one of the best decisions you ever make just like it was for me.

My bodybuilding and fitness journey started after suffering with mental health issues for years, eventually I decided I had to change something and one of the first things the doctors suggested was to start going to the gym. This is when I joined a bodybuilding gym and fell in love with the sport I’m now a competitive bodybuilder and have done a number on contest & photoshoot preps.

I’ve always wanted to help people and share the same benefits I got from the sport with others and thats why I became a coach. Since then I’ve helped over a hundred people achieve physique transformations including contest preps for british finals & nutrition/supplement guidance for national powerlifting meets. What makes my coaching unique and so effective is the focus on all the science I pride myself on a service where all decisions are backed by evidence and data, so my plans aren’t based on just whats worked for me but what will work for every single individual.

I’m extremely passionate about achieving world class results in the safest way possible.

my fitness journey

My life has involved fitness, when I was younger I used to do both kickboxing & football for a number of years becoming a brown belt kickboxer. I started bodybuilding at the age of 19 due to my mental health issues since then I’ve competed in shows & done photoshoot preps.
